Netbackup Self Service Suite

Hi All,

Have anyone implemented Netbackup self service suite in thier enviornment for BaaS ?

We have Netbackup 7.7.2 in our enviornment and would like to test it.

i need help on download instructions and from where to download it.

As for downloading it, I believe that you first have to obtain a license for it from Veritas. Then it should be listed in your My.Veritas Entitlements section.

Have anyone implemented it Backup As a Service where customers have been given self service portal to perform

backup/restore operations

Schedule backup jobs

Specify retention

Add client

View report

etc..,

  A couple of updates on how you can 'trial' NSS (NetBackup Self Service)
  1. From NBU 8.1 , NSS is included if you have purchased the complete SKU - you will be able to download the licence and software in the normal way. NSS now has its section in VOX, its at the bottom of the 'Data Protection' category so any further questions can be posted there.
