NetBackup Snaphsots

I'm trying to install the NetBackup Accelerator and not sure where the change block tracking is managed and configured.

Netbackup will add CBT on VM where it is not enabled.
Makre sure the service account Netbackup uses in Vcenter has the right permissions.
It is part of the vCenter.
