NetBackup Support for Solaris 11 Kernel Zone

Hi,

Does NetBackup support backup Solaris 11.2 Kernel zones?

The published tech note on Solaris virtulization support almost 1 year old. (http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH162994). Has Symantec published an updated document with the new support matrix?

    If you simply want to backup a client in a zone, then normal NBU client software should work.

    If you feel that Solaris 11.2 Kernel Zones are radically different to other types of zones, please log a Support call.
    It may also help to provide comments in 'Rate this Article' on the right of the TN. (Response here may take a couple of months...)

    IF Sol 11 is supported (which it is from 7.1), then 11.2 should be too.

    There are significat differnce in Kernel zones when compared to other zone types. Will log a support call with Symantec to get this issue calrified.
