Netbackup Vault Bandwidth Throttling

Hi,
 
Is there any way to throttle Bandwidth used for Netbackup Vault ? We have 54Mbps link between our sites used by couple of other servers, we have requirement to throttle amount of bandwidth used by netbackup vault.
 
found in Administration document to fine tune the band width used between netbackup master server & client for backups. Don t see any where in netbackup vault document to throttle bandwidth for vaulting.
 
Instead of client, if we specify DR media server , and limit the bandwidth do you think we can throttle the bandwidth used for vault traffic also ?

    Am I missing something?
    You can get zero bandwidth use with vault.
     
    Simply have the server that will be doing the writing also do the reading of the original tape.

    In my case vaulting happens between media servers located at two different sites, images are duplicated across storage units between two seperate media servers located at two sites. bandwidth between sites is 54Mbps.
     
    would like to find out is there any way to throttle bandwidth between these sites used for Vaulting Policies.
