netbackup vmware user credentials

Hi all

PLease we need the minimal permissions & roles for vmware vcenter user to be used in netbackup while adding the vcenter credentials so that we can browse VMs, backup and restore.

the customer won't give the local administrator credentials (administrator@vsphere.local)
