no files matched in the given date range...

NBU 6.5.3 windows

My linux sever's file level restore failed with following error not failed actually its in incomplete mode

19:32:26 1/10/2012: Restore Started

19:32:32 (40950.xxx) /BACKUP/App_Mon/ -s 04/12/2011 12:28:50 -e 04/12/2011 12:28:50 - no files matched in the given date range

19:32:33 (40950.xxx) INF - Status = the restore failed to recover the requested files.

I am able to view the image in catalog.

  • So if you drill down into those two directories are there actually any files in them?
