Not Able do BMR backup

Hi All,

We are running NBU 7.0.1 on w2k8 box, problem is after enabling BMR option in policy im not able to see client in Bare Metal Restore clients list C:\ and D:\ completed succesfully but shadow copy components completed with status code 1, could any one help me on this?

    Are you 100% sure the client is also on 7.0.1?

    BMR Client/Boot Server support for W2008 began in NetBackup 7.0.1.

    If this is fine, please post all text in Details tab of the status 1 job as well as the parent job.

    PLEASE upgrade your environment.

    There were fixes for W2008 Shadow Copy Component backups in NBU 7.1.0.x patches.

    PS:
    In future, please run bppllist with -U or -L option to display output in 'human readable' format.

    Ok, but now im trying to patch it to 7.0.1, but its giving and "1719 windows installer error",

    Patch installation failure is a separate issue.

    We have answered your query about BMR backup, right?
