Opscenter error-10939

Hello,

Since 1 week ago the opscenter lost connectivity to the master server (appliance 5240) the admin and IP credentials work correctly when entering by ssh.

But at the moment of performing the "test connection" it shows the following error:

OpsCenter-10939:Connection to the specified NetBackup master server has not been established. Enter the valid NetBackup user name and password. Enter the domain name along with the user name, if applicable. For example: domain1admin

use ping using FQDN and IP, no firewall enabled, both host opscenter and master are in /etc/hosts.
