I am curious to know what is the difference between optimised duplication and optimsed DEduplication?

Hello,
there is no "optimized DEduplication".
And optimized duplication is a duplication between two deduplication stores, thus utilizing deduplication to duplicate unique blocks only.

Maybe that it is sometimes informally (but mistakenly) used.
