Policies are not populating in NetBackup 7.0.1

Hi Friends,

Recently we upgrade out netbackup master server from 6.5.4 to 7.0.1. Upgrade was successfull.

But, we started facing a new problem after this upgrade. In Java Console (also upgraded to 7.0.1), policies are not getting populated. But this works fine if we close the JAVA console and repoen it.

Did anybody face same kind of issue.

Kindly share your suggestion or solution on this issue.

    Have you installed (NB_JAV_7.0.1.winnt.x64) or (NB_JAV_7.0.1.winnt.x32) java update according to your OS Architecture

    If not , this update is available on File Connect

    I have seen something similar using the Windows Admin Console.

    You did not mention your OS - check the contents of netbackup/db/class folder on your master. There should only be directories for all your policy names, no files. If you see files in the class folder, delete it.
