Policy dont start automatically

Hello,

I have a problem, a few days ago an oracle policy that executes archivelog started correctly every 30 min, however, since yesterday that policy no longer runs automatically (manual still works), it is worth mentioning that other policies do start on their own .

I restarted the netbackup services in the client.

Please help me

      Hello

      Nbpem have not file

      nbjm not exist

      i will try to create a new policy, if dont work i try to link was attached.

        Hi,

        Nbpem and nbjm logs are in /usr/openv/logs/nbpem /nbjm.
        You should activate the debugging :
        Vxlogcfg -a -p -o nbpem -s DebugLevel=6 -s DiagnosticLevel=6
        (Use the same command for nbjm (-o nbjm).
        The commands should complete succesfully.
        Then wait for the backup to run.

        One more question, are you using frequency or calendar ?
        Did you try to create a new policy? Have you also checked the thread I shared in my previous post?

    Does the oracle archive schedule have a opening windows - or maybe it was cleared out by mistake?

    Without a opening windows a schedule will not kick off. A good sign this could be the case, is the fact manual backup still works.
