I could not install Netbackup Cluster
Please how to create netbackup cluster group i faced that error
Any one have clear steps to create Netbackup cluster

Have you deleted the role created in cluster console? If the installation fails then role should be deleted before reattempt.
Note: If this is fresh installation then only delete the role. If one node is working then you need to follow the different steps.

You do not need to create a group in the cluster. Netbackup popup cluster configuration window while installation.
Only make sure that shared disk is available on one node and virtual IP is mapped with master server name in /etc/hosts file.
Below is an example of a cluster configuration page for windows server. For Unix it will be menu based while installation.

Detected operational MSCS cluster. Could not list preexisting NetBackup cluster groups.
