Please describe your environment. That error would arise if you're trying to backup clients to a Enterprise Client (SAN Media Server) which is not allowed to backup other clients, only itself. If you direct your backup to another Media Server, or the Master Server, then you should not see the error.

 

As Marianne stated you should have the Enterprise Server license ( or Server license if running a 2 TIER architecture)  installed somewhere.

We have only one MAster server.

We try to connect local media for master server as well Hp store easy 1430 external media.Same error come from both scenerio.

So, you have one master server and one or more media servers?

Please check license keys on media server(s). 
Enterprise Server license is needed on each media server that must backup network clients.

Do you have updated license keys for 7.6? 
Or are current licenses added on master/media servers for an older version?

The list above only shows license and maintenance for Enterprise Client, DB agent and dedupe - no Enterprise SERVER license.

You need Enterprise Server license on the Master and on the Media server that needs to backup network clients.

If your Master Server has 2-3 processors that is, then its TIER 2.
