Restore a Catalog with Compression

Hi to all,

 

 a customer have compressed his catalog.

Now he need to change is Primary server to a new hardware because now is running on a Win 2012 R2; To do the disaster recovery operation i need to uncheck the compression before or can i do the restore with the catalog still compressed?

    Hi Stevaz14 

    I don't recall compression of the image files should be a issues when doing DR operations.

    What Netbackup does is zip the images files in [install_path]/Netbackup/db/image/

    The DR operation shouldn't care
