Restore failed with Status =5

Question

I am trying to restore a backup taken from one HP-UX system to another, while poerforming&nbsp;the restore i am getting following errors&nbsp;

09:41:48 (608.001) Status of restore from copy 1 of image created 8/22/2011 6:15:53 PM = the restore failed to recover the requested files
Can anybody tell me&nbsp;what needs to be done to resolve it...............&nbsp;

"TAR RESTORED 148843 OF 157561 FILES SUCCESSFULLY"
Create tar log dir on destination client, add VERBOSE = 5 in client's bp.conf and rerun the restore.
The reason for specific files not getting restored will be logged in the tar log.

i have the list of around 10,000 files which were not restored.. i reran the restore for those skipeed file and restore completed succssfully to the same destination,however if run the restore&nbsp;of all directories the restore fails with status=5 skipping some files everytime ...
Logs (verbose=5) does not show any other error than 5 and
