if you cant do the restore from DR site, just replicate images to HO site and then from Workload, vmware, select the vm Name and the backup (as a restore point) should show you there) , the one which you are referring to is mostly for DB restoration.
Assuming network connectivity is fine, you can only direct restore the image back to production if the client (agent based) at production is member of the DR domain.
For VMware, the vCenter @ production needs to be added to DR domain. Then restores can be triggered.
For Hyper-V, requires agent on Hyper-V hosts, the primary server @ DR should be added into registry/bp.conf then fetch CA and host certificates.
Thank you StefanosM and kiyan for your answers
Yes, two domains , 1 production and 1 DR
1st copy is backuped to the msdp of the production then replicated to msdp of DR and duplicated to WORM msdp
(two jobs in produciton SLP : backup + replication & two jobs in DR SLP : import + duplicate)
in this case how to restore the duplicated image in the DR worm msdp to the original location in production host machine.
the procedure provided requests to use the GUI of the client as below while in our case all backups are VMware and HyperV VMs.
I think StefanosM provided you a complete answer.
what I can add is that, you need to ensure before hand that your AIR replication is enabled from worm site to other site as well.(again assuming you have two sites).
for everything else refer to above reply
you are using the world "replicated" so I assume that you have two netbackup domains and you use AIR to replicate backups.
use this technote to replicate back the backup and restore it.

if you want to directly restore the backup using the dr master

If you have only one master server for production and DR then you are duplicating images. Use catalog section to duplicate thr backup from the target storage to the primary storage unit and do the restore
