Restore Progress.

We should have an direct option from command line to view the progress log of restore.

It should be equivalent to " Backup, Archive, and Restore -> Task Progress -> Full Contents" which will update when we read the file like tail -f option.

I know we have an option like /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/<user who started the restore>/logs ..but it doesnot state which file has been kept, overitten or newly restored like task progress in BAR gui.

I came to this situation where we get the error for GUI session where it reaches memory limitations and can not fetch details
