It is necessary to introduce a restriction on access to the Netbackup Administration Console Java in addition to those defined in auth.conf.
Namely, access from certain IP addresses.
If you have experience, please share.

I can't think of anything in NetBackup that would provide this capability. This though could be easily done using a local firewall rule on the primary server blocking TCP ports 1556/PBX (& 13724/VNETD) although you may run into challenges if you also need to back up the source servers (it should be okay as the connections originate from the primary & media servers - but source initiated backups (user archives or DB backups) will probably fail.

To restrict access, rules must contain more conditions.
There is no way to implement such restrictions in NetBackup. You would need to use the system firewall for this.
