Robot Grey off and cause Library Drive to AVR

Current configuration :-

Master server 7.01 - Robot Control of TLD(1)

Media server1 7.01 - Robot Control of TLD(0)

Media server2 7.01 -

TLD(0) - VTL library (SSO)

TLD(1) - LTO5 Library (SSO)

I have run the device configuation on both master and media server and found that the Robot icon for TLD(0) is grey of for Master server .

And this cause all the drives within the robot drive in AVR status . But i dont have any issue for media1 and media2.

    Use robtest to verify robot operation for TLD(0) : http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH83129

    Also add VERBOSE to vm.conf on master server and restart NBU. Robot and/or device errors will be logged in syslog on Unix server and Event Viewer Application and System log on windows.
