Short-term workaround: Master Server -> Host Properties -> Client Attributes: Add Client name if you don't see it in the list. Select Client name, In Windows Open File tab, select Microsoft VSS. Ensure VSS patches/hotfixes are up to date. If W2008 R2, minimum NBU patch level should be 6.5.5. Long-term solution: Upgrade environment to 7.5.0.4. Support for NBU 6.x ended on 3 Oct 2012.
