SharePoint 2016 Granular Backup - New Onset of Status 1 with My Site

I'm suddenly getting status 1 with a granular backup of SharePoint 2016 web applications.  Two web applications are in the policy, and the non-My Site web application in the policy does not have any errors.  The policy and environment have not changed, other than routine SharePoint / Windows updates.  Logs and environment details are below.  If any other logs or details would be helpful, please let me know.

I suspect this is a result of SharePoint updates, but I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing this, or had any ideas.  The "Object reference not set to an instance of an object..." from SPS recalls permissions issues if Microsoft changed something in a patch.  Thanks in advance.

    For each My Site user profile, the following is a capture of what appears in the SPS wrapper log on the front end / SharePoint server:

      This is the failure in the bpbkar log:

      FileOperations::GetRootPage - Did not find a data page.

      Finding the root page has been elusive to make work across customer environments. Yes, upgrading SharePoint or SQL Server could be a factor.

      There have been further efforts on GetRootPage since 8.1.1. Contact Veritas Support. There may be an EEB that will help you.

        Thank you.  Is there a way to search for a possible EEB online in lieu of opening a support case?
