Succesful Replication but no Import

Hi Experts!

Asking for your help.

Currently, we are having a Replication (AIR) NBU Domain 1 (HQ) to NBU Domain 2 (DR).

I believed we did the configuration of AIR since based on the Activity Monitor Replication is Successful to target Domain which is the Media server of Domain 2 but I think we missed some configuration because there's no import jobs on the Activity Monitor in Master Server of Domain 2.

FYI: We already created an SLP Import to Master Server Domain 2.

Can you help us with this?

    Seems you have found the issue as per NBU Admin Guide I:

    Synchronize the clocks of the master servers in the source and the target
    domains so that the master server in the target domain can import the images
    as soon as they are ready. The master server in the target domain cannot import
    an image until the image creation time is reached.

    What storage are you using?

    Can you find an the SLP in nbstlutil pendimplist command on the target master?

      Hi!

      Already run that command but it gives me nothing to command line.

      We already figured it out, the time sychnronization of NBU Machines both HQ and DR are not the same.

    Hey

    I had similar issue and I did restart nbstserv on target master which sorted out this issue... you can also try to restart whole target NBU server.
