Tape Library issue, Catridge show frozen
Hi All,
I'm getting below error in TL.
HE: cartridge detection failed - Code 98 error during second slider movement - Code 63 HE: cartridge detection failed - Code 98 error during second slider movement - Code 63
When I check with my TL vendor they had requested to reboot the library.
While rebooting the library do I need to stop all the backup (running\scheduled)
And when I run available media command -- found one Tape is in Frozen state.
And kindly advice me how frequent drive cleaning has to be performed.
- Right-click on the media-id in the Media GUI. You should see Unfreeze in the list. Otherwise from cmd: bpmedia -unfreeze -m (media-id ) (In ...NetBackup\bin\admincmd ) Look in Details tab of queued job for the reason. I cannot see how any backups will be possible with faulty robot.
