Tapes are Freezing

I am using net bakcup 6.0 in solairs 8 server . if i fire full backup  one stream is throwing  84 error   . remaing streams are completed successfully  For particulay Stream all tapes are freezing . i got some errors  ANY Hard Ware issue

  • Seems like you try to write to a device that is removed or offline. Check fibre channel zoning.

  • I agree double check the fibre channel zoning. I expirienced that before
