The media servers stops processing the Disk related jobs

Hi Team,

We have DD in our infra with OST plug ins installed on media server , however  as per my observation media servers randomly stops processing DD related jobs until we restart nbrmms service.

NBU Version 7.6.0.4 on Windows 2008 r2 enterprise.

Please advice.

    Hi All,

     

    There was a bug in DDOS and we fixed with help from EMC and the issue is now resolved.
