Troubl with a re-directed restore on Windows Server

Hi ALl,

 

I am getting the following error when trying to do a re-directed restore of a netbackup tape backup:

 

RESTORE DATABASE PRODDM LOAD 'C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\nbdb2.dll' TAKEN AT 20121229102121 TO E: INTO PFMDM NEWLOGPATH F:\DB2_04\PFMDM REDIRECT WITHOUT PROMPTING
SQL2062N  An error occurred while accessing media "C:\Program
Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\nbdb2.dll".  Reason code: "516".

 

Any help resolving this problem is well appreciated.
