Unable to browse VMs from netbackup master server

Question

Hi Guru,I'm trying to take snap shot backup of my VMs from my vCenter version 6.0. I was added my vcenter with correct crediential and fully admin right a/c under virtual machine servers. I encountering the issues when i create the policy and the error saying that VIX CONNECTION FAILED. I can't browse my VMs. Someone can advise what could be the issues? Acutally i have 2 Vcenters and the other Vcenter verison 5 is working well.Thanks!!My NBU version is 7.6.1.2 and running on Red hat enterprise 5.&nbsp;

Hi Zymnmakesure that port 443 is open from vcenter.

Can you ping the vCenter hostname and/or IP address from the master?
Is OS firewall (iptabels) disabled on the master server?
