Unable to get new clients online
Hello all,
We recently replaced our clients and was unable to see them online from NetBackup console. We talked to support and was able to obtain host certificate (using -getCertificate).
New client certificates are now added into Certificate Management (Security Mangement ->Certificate Management) as well as Host Management.
However, we are still seeing the new client offline from Host properties -> Clients. What else can we do?

Thank you. Support asked me to check below registry and we found that wrong master server name was entered. Most probably this was entered during the client installation. Thanks for the info shared.
