  • Looks like a filesystem ran out of space:

cpio: Cannot write "reloc/openv/volmgr/help/vmadm_vault_menu", errno 28, No space left on device
cpio: Cannot write "reloc/openv/volmgr/misc/README", errno 28, No space left on device

    Run: df -k

  • NBU uses /tmp as temporary space to extract files.

Your swap partition (mounted to /tmp) looks way too small (500 MB):

    swap                  524288     592  523696     1%    /tmp

See in this TN how to specify a different TEMPDIR variable prior to installation:  http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH189386

.PS: I hope you are installing a media server here and not a master?
It seems that this is a database server - not suitable to be a NBU master server.

  • ok thanks alot for advise and let me go through the notes and will updates if any issue. Thx..
