Veritas Alta view login issues

Hi,

We have recently installed the Veritas Alta view and at the beginning of the account creation process it had asked MFA in Authenticator to provide the one-time code each time we need to login, I have gone through the same.

I have changed my mobile and I have lost all my accounts in my authenticator, Now I am not able to logon to the Alta view to provide the one-time code

Could anyone tell please how to reset my MFA

  • Hello, If you have lost all your account, attempt to redownload your authenticator app, sign back in and you should have your alta view code generator back. Of you are still encountering issue, open a support case with veritas . Thanks

  • Best option is to log a support case and ask them to help you fix this.

      Also have a look at this article - it may help you. 

      It mentions a recovery code you needed to save when you first setup MFA. With this you should be able to recover your account - the steps are detailed in the article.

        I have lost my recovery code too, raise a case with veritas.

        Do you have any other ideas?
