Very strange error message on NetBackup 6.5.4

We have been getting this error message on the Admin Console Problems Report:

Date             Time        Master Svr   Severity  JobID    Type Description
17/03/2010 07:02:37 esnbkmas  Warning     0        1536 Volume test:Internal_16 is down (not ok on root)


Has anybody ever come accross anything similar and if so what does it mean ?

    (using our friend Google!) is that this is an error about a DataDomain defined Storage Unit (in your case possibly called "test"?)

    Do you have one? Is it down?

    Is Internal_16 the name of a storage unit? Check the configuration of the storage unit - according to the error message the path used by STU cannot be on root, meaning it has to be on a separate mounted volume. Check and confirm that the volume is mounted at O/S level.

    The storage unit is called test and the 'exist in root file system' box was not checked.

    It was set up as a demonstration without our knowledge :(
