    Please share details about your selection criteria.

    Post screenshots of selection criteria as well as Recovery options.

    as per the screenshot you are not able to retive the datastore details..

    and you are using the Java console..did you try using the Netbackup admin console (Backup archive and Recovery console from Windows) for it.. if not please try using the Netbackup admin console and check the status.

    even with the admin console if you see the failues..let us know the below details?

    are you using the Vcenter or ESXi for revovery?

    does the revovery to the same Vcenter/ESXi or alternate Vcetner/ESXi?

    what are the version of ESXi/Vcenter?
