VMWare - Force traffic over different port group

Hi,

For security reasons, we must change management IP's of all our ESX hosts. vCentre itself will also have it's IP changed so that it sits in the same zone as the ESX hosts. 

Is it possible to create a separate management network that can be used just for backups? Most of our backups are SAN based and shouldn't be effected but, all NBD traffic will need to flow through a different port group.

Example:

vCentre IP: 192.168.1.100

ESX Management Host: 192.168.1.110

ESX Management for backup: 10.176.0.100

Is it possible to force NBD traffic too 10.176.0.100?
