I cannot Run RestoreI am getting this error from the BAckup Restore Archive WARNING: unable to obtain list of files using specified search criteria" when attempting to restore from a User Archive when trying to open the image.Windows 2003, Netbackup 5.1 MP6backup policy : Windowsbackup list: just plain data filescompression :ON

Verify that you have the correct media/master.  very the date is correct sometimes netbackup comes up with a default date of 2000 or something.  You can also go to reports and see if you got a backup on that client using the client backup report.

Also make sure that the 'type' of backup has been set correctly.For a Windows client, you'll want 'Microsoft-NT' as opposed to 'Standard'

what is this?backup list: just plain data filesDid you enter that text?you should use " / " as the starting point

Also double check that the client name on the client matches exactley to the client name on the master server. Clients can back up but not always restore if named on one in upper and the other in lower case.
