- Dennis_StromLevel 6Verify that you have the correct media/master. very the date is correct sometimes netbackup comes up with a default date of 2000 or something. You can also go to reports and see if you got a backup on that client using the client backup report.

you should use " / " as the starting point - Robert_MinserLevel 4Also double check that the client name on the client matches exactley to the client name on the master server. Clients can back up but not always restore if named on one in upper and the other in lower case.
