Windows 2000 system files are not there after full FS restore
Hello. After FULL FS restore of windows 2000 using the official procedure, the restored tmp files are there, but are not replaced after reboot.
How can I fix this?

Can you provide more info? What version of NetBackup?
Where do you find "official procedure"? How did you do following "official procedure"?Also curious to know which 'official procedure' you are referring to...
What did you choose under 'Restore Options'?
This TN http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH56473 says to choose 'Overwrite' option.
It seems you probably chose ' Restore the file using a temporary file name'?
Yes the procedure is this:

I use overwrite option. I tested with netbackup client 6.5.6 and netbackup master 7.1.0.2
I did this many times on windows 2003 without any issues.And logs from job:

Windows team fix the issue without backup and I can't see any logs now :(. Thanks.
