Windows backup selection rules

I would like to back up all files of a certain extension on a drive.  I have tried various paths and use of /*.*, etc.  Can anyone recommend the correct syntax for backing up all .doc (for example) files on a drive letter.

These files are at various places on the drive and I can't easily use multiple paths in my backup selections list.

Also, is there a NetBackup tech document that gives Windows backup selection rules, paths, examples?

thanks in advance,

JT

Give all local drives in backup selection tab and in Exclude list add all drives..

now in expection to exclusion list add *.doc

    fire the backup.

The theory of combining exclude and include lists only works in theory. The typical result is a timeout.
