About Browsers Supported by NSS

What is the difference between "Supported" and "Recommended" in "Table A-3 Supported browsers (P.33)" in the "NetBackup Self Service Installation Guide"?

Is Safari not recommended because of Safari issues?
Will Safari be the recommended browser in the future?

    Hi

    The majority of development is carried out with Windows-based browsers, hence the recommended status as functions/features were created in this environment.

    I use a Mac and Safari. I have never had an issue. I have never seen one reported that relates to a problem with Safari. If there was an issue it is supported and it would be fixed.
