Netbackup SelfSevice integration with netbackup appliance help

hello everyone 

i have installed Veritas Netbackup Self Service on Windows Server 2019 then i try to integrate a backup appliance 4.1 to my netbackup self service using netbackupcli user and i got this error. any help plz
