Buy EV code signing certificate with discount if already have expiried code signing one

Hello!

I have code signing certificate that expiried in February 2014. Now I want to buy extended validation (EV) code signing certificate. My question is: can I buy EV certificate with some discount or do I need to buy it for full price?

    I had the same issue with a client and i believe you have to make a new account my (their) whole account was deleted and I had auto renew on although if you are recieving symantec emails there is a promo for 20% off

    You can pass certification through Prometric or if you are with any Symantec Partner you can get through PartnerNet.
