DA 9 Accelerator Service Processor Event ID 405

Upgraded EV and DA from 8.05 to 9.01. If I run reports as VSA everything works fine. If Reports run with any other user ID thi event 405 is generated on DA server. Anyone know a solution? DA 9 reorts upgraded and uploaded to SQL server.
