What Oracle License should I use to Install Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC?

First off all, thank you for your time.

I have a customer that is looking for a solution to create a automatic Failover on their Oracle Data Bases.

My sugestion was this enviromment:

- 2 or 3 Servers With Standard Oracle License + Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC, and the SF Oracle RAC will responsible to orchestrate the Failover.

The customer does not want to pay for Enterprise Oracle Lisense. The question is:

Does the customer can use the Standard Oracle Lisence to create this enviromment of High Availability?
