Low Disk Volume alert needed based on disk pool not by master

Can anyone help with getting some type of alert by disk pool in terms of warning and critical alerting at  like 80/90 percent?

The Low Disk Volume alet only relates to space available per master. I need something to look at disk pools since i have multiple disk pools per master and then some master share disk pools.
