ops center tape drive data collection issue

Hi

I face a problem with ops center data collection.data collection for all data type completed successfully  but Robot shows "No factory found for: IDL:Symantec/NetBackup/SL/DeviceMgmt/NBU_10_1_1/DriveInfo:1.0"
also tape drive information shows "     [Nbsl/Agent communication exception]: org.omg.CORBA.MARSHAL: No factory found for: IDL:Symantec/NetBackup/SL/DeviceMgmt/NBU_10_1_1/DriveInfo:1.0 vmcid: 0x0 minor code: 0 completed: No"
rebooted ops center didn't fix the problem.
My netbackup version  is 10.1.1 and ops center version is 10.0.0.1. 
any ideas?
