I Have run into an issue with nbdeployutil giving a "run as administrator" message eventhough it is started in an administrator command prompt
I have tried the recreate ../server/logs workaround without luck
Have created a case at Symantec support
Our Opscenter and Netbackup servers is version 7.5.0.5

You will want to start by ugprading OC to 7.5.0.6 .... as there was a known issue with
I believe there are some EEB's for capacity reporting on the master, however I currently unable to verify that information.
Can you execute the nbdeployutil procedure on the master to gather the report?

We have to upgraded to OC 7.5.0.6, but had to downgrade again as some of our scheduled reports didn't work after upgrade
