SCOM 2016 management pack for netbackup 7.7.x
hi experts,
can some guide me if netbackup version 7.7.3 supports SCOM 2016 ? If so where do we download managment pack for scom 2016.
also if possible can you point me simpler guide to configure the same.

Unfortunately it appears it does not. This is a forum post from late 2017 discussing the same:

Note that the first link appears to be broken. I've also done a bit of a search and there appears to be no SCOM packs for NetBackup or NetBackup Appliances, although people are asking for them.
The following link takes you to the Veritas SORT page for SCOM, and when you highlight 2016, the only packs available seem to be for applications or SQL Server which are running under VCS (Veritas Cluster Services):
