About InfoScale Enterprise License for Windows

I hava 2 node SFHA.

who can help me check attachment txt file.

how many support CPU?

    I see some references in the attachment saying :
    Tier                                = Tier 3
     CPU_TIER                            = 0

    This information does not help at all. 

    Best to check your license certificate, or else request your IBR (Install Base Report) from Veritas Customer Care.
