Fulldata and nodataCheckpoint
When data changes in an FS, the old data is pointed by the Checkpoint inodes then what are the differences between the above two types of Checkpoints.

Yes you are right.... in nodata ckpt, original data is not copied but its location is updated.....
Regarding specific region for full data ckpt, I don't believe there needs to be a specific region since full data ckpt is a complete image of the file system at the time the Storage Checkpoint is created.
