Need to download Veritas Storage foundation suite for linux

Hello,

 

I have been trying to install Veritas Storage Foundation HA suite on my Linux VMs. The tar ball which I downloaded from https://sort.veritas.com/agents has the RPMS but it does not give a menu based installation wizard, which resolves the dependancies during the installation process. Installing the RPMs individually is a backbreaking task! 

Would somebody please provide me the right URL, name of the package that I should be downloading for RHEL6 x86-64 ? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    Also, I referred the fileconnect - https://www.symantec.com/downloads/fileconnect/ which has the product listed. However, it asks for a serial number. which I don't have. 

    The intend is to install the trialware for testing purpose. Appreciate if you can help please.

    Hello Marianne,

     

    Thank you very much. I was able to download "Veritas_InfoScale_7.1_RHEL.tar.gz". During the installation process is when I realised that this version is compatible only with RHEL 6.4 and above. My VMs run on RHEL 6.0 though (pretty old).

    Would you please be able to help me with trialware for the version compatible with RHEL 6.0 please.

    I believe we don't have the trialware for previous versions. I upgraded my RHEL copy to 6.6 and the SF works like a charm.

    Correct. 

    Only a Veritas reseller or SE will be able to help with previous versions.
    Note that only the latest version software and licenses can be purchased.
