All I want to do is buy a licence (PART THREE!)

Well, here we are again, 10 months after posting my second message on this subject and I am STILL no nearer to being able to buy a licence!!! My current licence will expire in September.

I sent two emails to Ben Spickard very recently and they have both been ignored. Is he still there?

I'd just like to know if any progress has been made to enable individual users to buy online.

Last year I was told that Veritas was working on it but I have heard nothing for the last ten months.

If it's not going to happen then please let us know and I will look elsewhere for a backup solution.

    I've been overwhelmed by the number of replies and support I've had on this subject.

    Goodbye Arctera. I'll go elsewhere where they care about supporting ALL types of customers!
