I was wondering if there are any compatibility issues with BESR 2011 and SBS 2011. It seems when the backup schedule runs the server reboots periodically. I know when I put BESR 2010 on with the original install files it did cause reboot issues with the server about every 10 minutes. I am looking for some insight more than a solution unless this is a known issue and there is a fix for it.
I have Backup Exec R3 on on SBS 2008 and SBS 2011. I have had reboot issues on both servers and I am sure I have traced it back to issues with the external USB hard drives. I have seen contoller errors with the USB drives and errors with the USB sub-system. Both server are new Dell Power Edge servers, one a T310 and the other a T410.

Afaik this issue with SSR 2011 should be fixed with SP1. Do you have SP1 installed ?
Have you applied SP1 ?
